  1. Excavation of old roadbed

  2, measurement positioning

  3. Foundation earthwork excavation

  4, foundation pit inspection

  According to the requirements of the supervision procedure, the excavation data of the concealed engineering foundation will be reported. For specific inspection content, refer to relevant acceptance standards.

  5. Rebar and embedded parts installation

  Install steel bars according to specifications: frame size, spacing, verticality, protective layer setting, embedded position, and reinforcement, etc. ..

  6, template installation

  The formwork adopts wood formwork or composite steel formwork, and the geometric size should not be less than the design value. The steel bars must meet the requirements of rigidity and stability. The formwork shall not operate and expand when concrete is poured.

  7. Concrete pouring

  The concrete should be symmetrical and layered, and the thickness of each layer should be controlled by 25-30cm. It should be constructed with a plug-in vibrator. Master the initial sett time of concrete, ensure the joint quality of the concrete level, and realize the pouring of the mid-suspension form, instead of pouring concrete, adding concrete.

  When the concrete strength reaches 2.5mpa, it can be removed. Water evenly when sprinkling, or use polyester film to keep moisture and keep warm for 7 days.

  8. Basic backfill

  The foundation concrete cannot be constructed before the design strength reaches 75% or above. Ensure that the substrate is not damaged, strive for symmetry, layered backfill, and use impact compaction.

  9. Clean the threaded bolt of the embedded parts of the foundation and install the light pole

  Use cranes, special locks (sliding, sturdy, easy to unload and unload), ropes, control lifting points (1/3 of the height of the pole), and no more than 4 winds can be installed. Use dry hard mortar or thin steel plate for leveling, use the vertical ball method to find a suitable one, and install the fixing screws immediately after standing.
